Ram Charan turns 41: Fans Turn Peddi Actor’s Birthday Into A Festival of Service, Screenings And Blood Donation Camps

By Avad Mohammad

As he turns 41 today (Mar. 27, 2026), ‘Mega Power Star’ Ram Charan’s fans have gone into overdrive to celebrate the occasion even as they await the release of his upcoming “Peddi.” The much-loved Telugu superstar, who tasted global fame following the release and success of “RRR” commands a massive fan following. Some are paying tribute by organizing several welfare activities.

Ties of blood
A fan club in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, is organizing a blood donation camp today. Hundreds of fans are expected to gather at the local Indian Red Cross Society to donate blood. This is not the first time fans have done this. The practice was started by senior fans of ‘Mega Star’ Chiranjeevi (Ram Charan’s father), who used to donate blood at the Chiranjeevi Blood Bank in Hyderabad. Taking cue, fans continue this tradition every year on Ram Charan’s birthday.

Not only in the Telugu-speaking states, but fans in Solapur, Maharashtra, have also organized a blood donation camp. However, the special attraction will be in Hyderabad, where Telangana fan club members have arranged a special screening of Ram Charan’s 2009 action-fantasy “Magadheera” at the prestigious Vimal Theater. After the screening, a blood donation camp will also be held at the venue.

A few days ago, food relief camps, medical help for the poor, and blood donation drives were conducted in Hyderabad, and these efforts were appreciated by Chiranjeevi himself. Another fan-hosted mega event was held in Hyderabad to usher in the star’s birthday.

A man who cares
Ram Charan’s niece and producer Niharika Konidela stated that he is a caring brother who looks after his sisters deeply. Choreographer Jani Master revealed that when he approached Ram Charan for financial help for the dancers’ association, the actor immediately contributed ₹40 lakh towards health insurance without even thinking one bit.

Recently, Ram Charan injured himself on the sets of “Peddi” and even underwent a minor eye procedure. Despite this, he returned to the sets, shot for an action sequence, and met fans who had come from far away to see him.

Work front
Shortly later today, a new teaser of “Peddi” will be released, and fans are eagerly waiting to see what the makers have in store on this special occasion.

Once Ram Charan wraps “Peddi,” he joins “Pushpa 2” director Sukumar for another big budget action drama. A special announcement regarding the same is also expected today.
