‘Dhurandhar 2’: Aditya Dhar Shares Update On its Dubbed Versions’ Release

Ranveer Singh-starrer “Dhurandhar 2” has finally hit the screens across the country with its preview shows starting at 5 pm. While the film has been running on excellent occupancy, it faced a minor setback as the preview shows of the dubbed (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam) versions got cancelled due to technical glitches.

The disruptions were reported across the southern states, with fans expressing their outrage through comments on director Aditya Dhar’s recent social media posts.

Now, the filmmaker has shared the update about the dubbed versions and informed that Tamil and Telugu shows will commence from 9 pm, while Kannada and Malayalam versions shows will begin from tomorrow morning.

Aditya Dhar’s note reads, “To Our Dear ‘Dhurandhar’ family, 'Dhurandhar' is not just a film for us – it is something we have lived with, nurtured, and dreamed of sharing with each and every one of you, together, at the same moment, in every language.”

The filmmaker shared that Hindi shows are running as per the schedule and wrote, “Most of our Hindi shows across India are running as scheduled from 5 pm onwards.”

Talking about the dubbed versions, he added, “All of our Tamil and Telugu shows will commence from 9 pm onwards. However, due to unforeseen technical difficulties, our Malayalam and Kannada shows will begin from tomorrow morning.”

“If the dubbed version you have tickets for is not currently playing at your cinema, you will have an option for refund or to watch the Hindi version with subtitles instead. We truly apologise for the inconvenience. Your love for this film means the world to us, and we cannot wait to share it with you,” the post concluded.

The spy-actioner also stars Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Sanjay Dutt and Danish Pandor, among others, in prominent roles.
