Record-breaking South Korean Boy band, BTS, is back, and they are making a splash. They just announced a free concert in Seoul’s Gwanghwamun Square on March 21, 2026, turning the city center into one huge stage. It’s not just any show, either; this is where they will perform songs from their fifth studio album, ARIRANG, for the first time.
And if you can’t be there in person, no worries. The whole thing streams live on Netflix at 8 p.m. K.S.T. (4:30 p.m. I.S.T.).
So, how do you get in? Fans have two options. If you are an ARMY member, jump onto Weverse on February 10 starting at 11 a.m. K.S.T. (7:30 p.m. I.S.T.). You will find out if you snagged a spot later that day.

For everyone else, general entry opens on NOL Ticket February 23 at 8 P.M. K.S.T. (4:30 p.m. I.S.T.). No tickets to buy, this one’s on the house. The show’s open to anyone 14 or older, and Gwanghwamun will have both seated and standing areas. Fun fact: the last time BTS held a free concert here, over 50,000 people showed up.
This is not the first time BTS has done something like this. Think back to their 2022 Busan show, no paid tickets, just a focus on connecting with as many fans as possible.

He singled out Jungkook’s unfiltered vocals and the full group’s wide range, from rap to performance. The album’s title comes from a classic Korean folk song about longing and resilience, a theme BTS has played with since their 2016 KCON France cover.
Netflix is keeping the excitement going with a documentary, "BTS: THE RETURN," dropping March 27. It will dive into how the album came together.
But that’s not all. BTS is pairing the concert with a citywide festival, 'BTS THE CITY ARIRANG SEOUL,' running from March 20 to April 12. There’ll be art installations, events and plenty of reasons for fans to flood the city.
