‘BTS: THE RETURN’ Trailer: K-Pop Band Shares Emotions With ARMY Before Release Of ‘ARIRANG’ Album
"BTS: THE RETURN" trailer is out on Netflix. This documentary is about how the Korean pp icons prepared in the US for their comeback album, "ARIRANG." This is their fifth studio album after "Proof." BTS did their military service from 2023-25 and regrouped last year to work on their comeback.
"ARIRANG" means beloved in Korean. It is supposed to convey the sense of longing that filled BTS and ARMY when the band left for their military service. "BTS: THE RETURN" trailer aims to capture the feelings of RM, Jin, Jungkook, SUGA, Jimin, V and J-hope as they did a boot camp in Los Angeles to prepare for their comeback album. BTS fans will be happy to see the moments from their previous concerts that are part of the trailer.

This documentary will be out on Netflix on March 27. Before that, we will see the concert from Gwanghwamun Square being broadcast live on Netflix on March 21, 2026. Preparations are now on in full swing for the concert which has led to the influx of tourists in Seoul. The city's administration is preparing for this event that is being talked about globally.
BTS's "ARIRANG" album will have a total of 14 tracks. They have got leading music producers like Kevin Parker, Ryan Tedder, Diplo and El Guincho on the same. El Guincho has worked before with Rosalia on her album, "El mal querer." After the release of this album, BTS will embark on a long world tour. They will travel to North and South America, Asia and Europe covering many countries.
The band members have been interacting with fans on all platforms building excitement for their return. Netflix, Spotify, Apple Music all have dropped teaser with them.
