BTS Promises Fans Immersive Experiences With ‘BTS THE CITY ARIRANG LAS VEGAS’ and ‘BTS THE CITY ARIRANG BUSAN’

Las Vegas loves BTS, and we saw a glorious display of the same during the “Permission to Dance” concerts a few years ago. The kings of K-Pop will be performing in the bustling city as part of the world tour for the “ARIRANG” album. This will take place from May 20 to May 31, followed by “The CITY BUSAN,” which will happen from June 5 to June 21. The immersive city-wide experience in Las Vegas will include songs from the “ARIRANG” album and displays telling the story of BTS’s music. Fans will find BTS in the city’s iconic landmarks. BTS’s presence in the city will be a promotion for South Korean culture as well.

Building on the success of “THE CITY LAS VEGAS” in 2022, this year’s edition unfolds more grandly. Locations like The Strip and digital marquees will be illuminated in colors of the “ARIRANG.” It will also include themed hotel experiences, food and beverage offerings, and after-parties.

A similar pattern will be followed for ‘THE CITY BUSAN,’ where fans will get a variety of entertainment programs. A detailed schedule and programming plan will be announced later via BTS’s official channel on Weverse. ‘THE CITY’ project is an urban concert playground that expands the fan experience beyond the venue. The project brings city-wide attractions and immersive events that bring the group’s world into everyday spaces.

This announcement has come on the heels of BTS’s short documentary series, ‘KEEP SWIMMING with BTS,’ which brings to life the message of moving forward with ‘SWIM.’ The lead single of the album had a video that also featured Lili Reinhart.

The series, which began on April 7, features several talented individuals from different fields about their own “KEEP SWIMMING” moments, including filmmaker Park Chan-wook, fashion designer Nora Noh, Olympic gold medalist snowboarder Choi Gaon, and Venerable Sunjae.

In his segment, Park Chan-wook emphasizes the importance of communication, saying, “Rather than struggling alone, I constantly talk to people and ask questions.” He adds that this reflects his creative approach, noting, “Conversation is always the best shortcut to good judgment.”
