Yash’s ‘Toxic’ Teaser To Drop Tomorrow, Geetu Mohandas Announces With A New Poster
One of the biggest and most-hyped releases of the year in India is exactly a month away. “Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups”, starring Yash in the lead, is among the most looked-forward-to films, with fans eager for more glimpses from the big-budget spectacle that its makers have kept tightly under wraps. Over the past few weeks, audiences have only seen an initial teaser and a few character posters. Now, the team has decided to give fans what they want by announcing the release of another teaser tomorrow.
The makers of “Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups” unveiled a new poster confirming that the film’s teaser will be released on February 20 at 9:35 A.M. The stark visual offers an early indication of the film’s dark tone, suggesting a world shaped by violence and moral ambiguity.

The poster features Yash as Raya at the center of a blood-streaked blizzard, his face partially obscured as he drinks straight from a bottle, surrounded by the wreckage of an unseen violence in an intoxicating, chaotic landscape. With limited narrative details disclosed so far, the campaign has encouraged audience speculation about the film’s visual language and character dynamics. The new teaser will be released in a single language.
Directed by Geetu Mohandas, the film stars Yash as Raya, Kiara Advani as Nadia, Huma Qureshi as Elizabeth, Nayanthara as Ganga, Tara Sutaria as Rebecca, and Rukmini Vasanth as Melissa. Written by Yash and Geetu Mohandas, “Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups” has been shot simultaneously in Kannada and English, with dubbed versions planned in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam.
The film is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on March 19, 2026, and will clash with the Ranveer Singh-starrer “Dhurandhar 2,” which also releases on that date. Trade observers are already predicting one of the biggest box-office showdowns of the year.
