Coachella is back – and this year it turns 25. The 2026 edition of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival runs across two weekends at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California: April 10-12 and April 17-19. The tickets were sold out within a week of the announcement, but are available for resale as well. And for the first time, for those watching from home, the entire festival streams live on YouTube across seven stages simultaneously, this year in 4k on the main stages. Here is everything worth knowing.
The Headliners
Sabrina Carpenter: 10th & 17th April
Carpenter headlining Coachella 2026 is the completion of a very specific arc. At Coachella 2024, she performed a sunset set on the main stage and told the crowd she would be back as a headliner. She was not wrong. The Short n’ Sweet Tour grossed $77.4 million in 2025, and her new album Man’s Best Friend has kept her at the center of pop conversation.
Justin Bieber: 11th & 18th April
Bieber’s Coachella debut as a headliner is one of the most anticipated moments of the festival. His seventh album, Swag, and its follow-up, Swag II, have signaled a full creative reset, and his performance at the 2026 Grammys was his first major appearance in years. He reportedly negotiated the terms of his Coachella performance himself, is being paid $10 million, and fans have been speculating for months about how deep into his back catalogue he will go.
Karol G: 12th & 19th April
Karol G makes history as the first Latina artist to headline Coachella, a milestone that has long been coming, given her dominance of global charts over the past three years. The Colombian reggaeton star first performed at the festival in 2022.
Anyma: Special Set
Italian DJ Anyma presents the world premiere of his Æden project as a special late-night set. Electronic music fans will want to plan around this one.
The Acts You Need To Know About
Beyond the headliners, the 2026 lineup is stacked. The xx return to the desert after eight years away, one of the most anticipated reunion moments of the festival. The Strokes are back on the Coachella stage. BIGBANG perform to mark their 20th anniversary, the K-pop legends closing out both weekends, a rare and significant appearance after years of hiatus.
The debut acts generating the most buzz: Katseye, the HYBE-Geffen global girl group, making their first major stateside appearance with some uncertainty around member Manon’s participation, and BINI, the Filipino pop group, becoming the first Filipino act ever to perform at Coachella. Addison Rae makes her solo Coachella debut. PinkPantheress, Laufey and Fujii Kaze also bring significant anticipation to their sets.
For the nostalgia contingent, David Byrne, Iggy Pop, Devo, Black Flag and Moby are all on the list. For electronic music: Disclosure, Armin van Buuren paired with Adam Beyer, Kaskade, Solomun, and Major Lazer, Nine Inch Nails and Boys Noize perform together as Nine Inch Noize, a genuine new collaboration rather than a back-to-back set.
Other notable names across the weekend: Young Thug, FKA Twigs, Little Simz, Central Cee, Clipse, Ethel Cain, Wet Leg, Interpol, Turnstile, Labrinth, Sexyy Red, and Swae Lee.
How To Watch From India
YouTube livestreams all seven stages simultaneously beginning April 10 at 4 pm PT, that is 4:30 am IST on April 11 for Weekend 1, and 4:30 am IST on April 18 for Weekend 2. The Coachella stage, Outdoor Theater, and Sahara stage will all stream in 4k for the first time. Set times will be released via the Coachella app approximately four days before each weekend begins.
Coachella 2026 is the 25th edition of the festival, and it is shaping up to be one of the most genre-diverse lineups in its history. It kicks off on April 10th. Set your alarms!
