As ‘Bhooth Bangla’ Continues Its Successful Run, Akshay Kumar Set to Become the Actor With Most Films in the ₹100-Crore Club
Akshay Kumar’s latest film, “Bhooth Bangla,” which currently stands around ₹89 crore at the box office, is set to cross the ₹100-crore mark in the next couple of days. The horror-comedy that has already turned out to be a success story at the ticket windows will also enable its lead star to achieve a personal milestone.
Once “Bhooth Bangla” hits the century mark at the box office, Akshay Kumar will become the actor with the maximum number of films in the ₹100-crore-and-above club (19). His other films include “Jolly LLB 3,” “Housefull 5,” “Sky Force,” “OMG 2,” “Sooryavanshi,” ‘Good Newwz,” “Housefull 4,” “Mission Mangal,” “Kesari,” “2.0,” “Gold,” ‘Toilet – Ek Prem Katha,” “Jolly LLB 2,” “Rustom,” “Housefull 3,” ‘Airlift,” “Holiday – A Soldier Is Never Off Duty,” “Rowdy Rathore“ and “Housefull 2.”

“Bhooth Bangla,” the Priyadarshan-directed film, also features Wamiqa Gabbi, Tabu, Paresh Rawal, Asrani, Jisshu Sengupta and Mithila Palkar, among others.
