Allu Arjun and Atlee’s Visual Spectacle Titled ‘Raaka’ – First Look Out
“AA22xA6” starring Allu Arjun and Deepika Padukone in main roles has been a much talked-about project since it was conceived. On the occasion of Allu Arjun’s birthday, the makers decided to reveal the title of the movie. The much anticipated movie is now called "Raaka" and the makers announced the same with the first look poster of the same.
Yesterday, they released a poster where we saw what looked like a beast. The film is supposed to be a sci-fi thriller mounted on a budget of ₹800 to 1,000 crores. There are reports that Allu Arjun might be playing four different characters in the movie - a grandfather, father and two sons. The poster was a signal towards a film defined by intrigue, myth and action.

Talking about the movie he said, “'Raaka' isn’t just a film… it’s a part of me I’ve carried for years. For 18 years, I held on to one idea, never letting it fade. It tested me, shaped me, and stayed with me through everything. And honestly… this is just the beginning.”
Deepika Padukone will be seen in an action-packed avatar. "Raaka" is her second movie with Atlee after Shah Rukh Khan’s blockbuster, “Jawan," where she was seen in a special appearance. This is also filmmaker Atlee’s first big project with a top star from the Telugu film industry. Along with Deepika, the makers have reportedly roped in Rashmika Mandanna, Mrunal Thakur, Janhvi Kapoor as well. It seems Mrunal Thakur will be seen as a character with grey shades. Rashmika and Allu Arjun’s “Pushpa” films minted crores at the box office.
"Raaka" is expected to release in Summer 2027.
