‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’, ‘Tumm Se Tumm Tak’ See Dip in Ratings Due to IPL; Anupamaa Plummets to the Fifth Position

Weekly ratings of shows like “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2,” “Anupamaa,” “Naagin 7,” are out. And there is the decline, which is common in cricket season. The IPL 2026 season is picking up momentum and the impact can be felt directly on TV top rated shows. Despite churning out a hugely dramatic track around Noina’s (Barka Bisht) confession that she faked her illness, the TRPs of the show have gone down.

Although the drop is not huge for most of the shows. The same cannot be said about “Anupamaa.” Rupali Ganguly’s show is now in fifth place. The ratings of the show is 1.6. This means that Zee TV’s “Vasudha” has finally beaten it to take the top spot for the 10 pm slot. “Kyunki Rishton Ke Bhi Roop Badalte Hain”, the spin-off of “KSBKBT2” is also has similar numbers. In the second place is “Ganga Maa Ki Betiyan” starring Amandeep Sidhu, Sheizaan M Khan and Shubhangi Latkar in lead roles, with a huge ensemble cast. All the three shows of the channel are doing exceptionally well with their rooted and relatable story-telling.

“Naagin 7” has also slipped further. Fans had been complaining that the series is heavy on AI and the romance element between Priyanka Chahar Choudhary (Aahana) and Aryaman (Namik Paul) is amiss. Kanwar Dhillon’s “Udne Ki Aasha” holds steady with similar numbers.

There are a few big shows coming in April. Some shows that are not performing might get the axe.
